This helps ensure transparency and smooth communication between all parties involved.

We work with private lenders, investors, and property owners who hold real estate notes or need assistance managing payments and records for seller-financed properties/ real estate notes. What is Escrow?

Escrow (also called an impound account) is a service where Mano Santa collects funds for your property taxes and insurance along with your monthly payment. We then use those funds to pay your tax and insurance bills directly to the corresponding entities when they are due — so you don’t have to worry about missing a payment.

How do borrowers make payments?

Borrowers can make payments through our online payment portal, by mail, phone, in person or through automatic transfers. Each payment method is processed securely, and all transactions are recorded for transparency.

What happens if a borrower misses a payment?

If a payment is missed, our team follows up promptly with notices and offers support to help resolve the issue while maintaining compliance with loan terms.

Does Mano Santa loan money?

No, Mano Santa provides loan servicing for various types of private money contracts but does not lend money.
