Escrow (also called an impound account) is a service where Mano Santa collects funds for your property taxes and insurance along with your monthly payment. We then use those funds to pay your tax and insurance bills directly to the corresponding entities when they are due — so you don’t have to worry about missing a payment.
What happens if a borrower misses a payment?
If a payment is missed, our team follows up promptly with notices and offers support to help resolve the issue while maintaining compliance with loan terms.
